Car wasn’t what we expected need oil change inside not so clean
We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize that the vehicle did not meet expectations regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
We are having our team pull the vehicle immediately for a thorough interior detail, and our mechanic is performing the necessary oil change and maintenance check. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will ensure our pre-trip cleaning and inspection protocols are strictly followed moving forward.

The reviews about the vehicle smelling like smoke/weed are true. I only needed the car for one day, so I could manage the smell. Beware of the host, they will try to bill you for existing vehicle damage. Take pictures of EVERYTHING or else they will lie and tack on repair claims on issues that already exist. Would never book with them again. Scammers.
If the smelled like smoke we apologize and will run another smoke treatment on it. Unfortunately there are many renters that smoke even against rules, we will revisit this car for any smoke smell and get rid of it. In regards to damage we take many pictures no one is charged for any existing damage, that’s why we do document the car. We and turo also ask all renters to take many pictures as well, lid any damage occurs on a car it has to be 100% visible and not there before the rental.
