Overall, the rental was okay, but I did experience a few issues. I was unable to get the Bluetooth to connect, which made it difficult to use GPS while driving since I’m not from North Carolina. Having to keep looking down on my phone for directions while driving was frustrating. I also wasn’t informed about the parking lot exit fee until I arrived to pick up the car. The host told me the fee would be $12, but I was actually charged $14 to exit the garage. I don’t recall this fee being disclosed before pickup, so it was an unexpected expense. Additionally, the vehicle was not parked where the host indicated it would be. The photo I received was one the host had taken the day before, not a current photo showing the vehicle’s actual location at the time of pickup. When I arrived, the car was no longer in that spot, and I spent about 10 minutes walking around the parking lot trying to find it.
