I debated on writing this but I need to be honest. The car was dropped off and not only was it dirty but it smelled like cigarettes which I am allergic to. I let them know this and they never even acknowledged my message. When we got to our destination I rented another vehicle because the smell was so bad it was making me sick. I bought Ozium car inserts and spray and it did nothing for the smell. I used blunt spray and febreeze the smell was way too strong to be combated. The other issue is that this is not a smooth ride. The car jerks and stutters when you hit the breaks. By the time we drove the 7 hour drive I was over it. I was beyond irritated, had a major headache and was sick. The reason I didn't give one start is because it does have unlimited miles and the drop off and pick up was easy. If u don't care about smoke or a smooth ride then maybe this will work for you. For me it was not a car I would ever rent with again.
