The car was excellent! A ‘replacement’ and so great! The rental process was also great-return easy. Had a delay-twice and they were gracious enough to help me out! Next time I need a rental I plan on using them!

Car was great. Usually when we pick up from RDU we get the car from central parking. We needed to take the shuttle to satellite parking which was a little bit of a hassle. Other than that the car was as advertised and we were able to drop off at central parking. I would clarify the pickup with the company first as one of the major reasons I rent with Truro is the ability to walk right to the car and go. Since we rented last minute I did not clarify the pickup spot. Other than that the communication and all logistics were as expected.

The car check tire light was on the entire time. It also had a bit of a funny smell.

Car was really dirty and had a marijuana smell that was horrible, location of car was fine
No smoking allowed
