Got me from point A to point B . Just a very dirty car, full of animal hair.
I’m sorry you felt car wasn’t to your standards. Cars are cleaned interior and exterior before rentals. Hope future rentals will be up to your standards. As we do wash and vacuum the car after each rental. Thank you for choosing us for your care rental needs.

By far the worst experience I’ve had on Turo. For starters, the car runs terrible. Throughout the short time I had it, the car struggled to start, the car made unusual noises when stopping and turning, the AC doesn’t work, and the tires were bad and had a tire light on. When I told the host about this and asked them to pick up their car, because it was unsafe to drive my baby around in the rain in that car, they got upset and brushed it off by lying and saying the cars issues were because of the weather change. They refused to pick up their car at first then ended up coming but they were being rude. The next morning they also tried to mischarge me for something, but thankfully Turo customer service understood that the charge made no senses and was able to dispute the charge. Will definitely never be booking with this host again.
You were never given a attitude. You asked for car to be delivered. Which we do not offer. You said you can’t drive two cars. We are not required to have parking access for your personal vehicle. Car was driven for 2 days no issues reported until almost drop off time. You felt unsafe. And car does not have any starting issues. Was started right in front of you 6 turns and started right up. And you did not fill the gas tank up which is required. Simply didn’t want to return car to location
