The engine lights are on, the car isn’t up to date, but the worst part is that the seat belt does not work and the seatbelt alarm was going off the entire time. You have to either drive and hold it in or just sit with the seatbelt alarm. It wasn’t a good experience, I even wanted to turn it in a day early, but didn’t get a response. Upon returning the vehicle, the neighbor was cursing and yelling at me while I was taking photos?? Owner of the vehicle didn’t come out or help.. sorry, this was my first Turo rental and this was horrific and not in good condition.

thank you for your feedback. we take vehicle safety and maintaining seriously, we appreciateyou bringing your concern, but note that security is everyone business, you packed the car right infront of the neighbors house. I guess that's what call for the concern and I dont see the need coming to see you while you return the car, besides I was not around the area, provision has been made for the car return

The car looks really good from the outside & it drives fine. There wasn't very much contact or communication with the host which is fine but the interior of the car was in need of cleaning & it seemed to need some maintenance as there were a number of warning ⚠️ lights lit up on the dash. I'm grateful it was just for local use as I wouldn't have felt comfortable taking it on a longer trip. Overall it worked for what I needed it for so, thank you.
