This car was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and pick-up/drop-off went smoothly. Everything went perfectly for my last-minute trip. Would absolutely recommend these hosts and will definitely book with them again. :)

The car was the not the quality we reserved and we expect a partial rebate to compensate.

Guest was given a much newer car with better tech. Original car requested was not returned by the previous guest so we gave them a couple options. Guest agreed to the change and didn't request something else.
Extremely poor communication from the guest.
