Host and car was fantastic. Turo app is the reason for a one star deduction. My flight changed to an earlier flight meaning I was finished with the car a few hours earlier than originally expected. I had to pay extra to be finished early then it wouldn’t check me out at the new time I paid for. Turo then charged me again and said I didn’t check out on time.
Thanks for the rental and for bringing this up Timothy. I changed my fee structure during your rental, so Turo should have kept the initial delivery fee. I'll work with Turo to credit it back since you shortened your trip, not extended it.
