The down side: the car was dirty when I received it
Thanks for the review Vince. We would have loved to have delivered to you a clean vehicle like we do most of our guests. However, you booked our Tesla on a last minute trip to the airport after our car wash had closed. We did offer to let you use our car wash subscription as many times as you wanted and we hope that you took advantage of that. We are sorry that we fell short of your expectations but I don’t believe they were realistic in this scenario. Thanks again for booking with us.
