The car was great but I was charged for damage to a camera that was never properly installed and should never have been charged to the renter. I have concerns that this is something that the driver does frequently to make additional money off the rentals

I have been a 5.0 All-Star Host with over 37 prior 5-Star Guests and no previous issues. This was my first damage claim. The item was a $20 rear facing dash camera that the guest broke. The vehicle has had new Brakes and Rotors as of May 2026. The guest reported one brief trailer brake indicator light on the dash while descending a mountain. The guests retaliatory review is unfounded and shameful and does not fairly reflect the rental experience, the vehicles condition, or my history as a host.
