Car was clean, pickup location was a hot and sunny parking lot which made it hard to pick up this black car. (Only mentioning it because there was a heat wave and it nearly blistered my fingers, maybe a shaded spot would be nicer for the next customer?)
The CarPlay only works when you plug in your phone to the charging/aux outlet (which is usb and not usb-c port). Not a problem for me just an fyi.
Windshield wipers could use a switch, it got rough when it started to rain heavy.
Experience was still good, no complaints.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you had a good overall experience. The extreme heat wave was beyond our control, as our pickup location is an outdoor lot like many Turo hosts use. The wired Apple CarPlay is a factory feature of this 2026 model. The vehicle is brand new, and the wipers are new as well, but I’ll inspect them. Thank you for your business!
How was very immediately attentive to issues (just minor ones with CarPlay setup, nothing wrong with the car) and car was great.
