The vehicle is absolutely beyond any and all expectations! Rides amazing and very smooth! Had every saftey feature you can think of! I have four boys and a wife and we all were very comfortable for our entire trip! The host was also unbelievably amazing! Very understanding, kind, and gracious! Highly recommended!!

the vehicle had a maintenance issue that had to be taken care of, but this was a non-refundable trip and the guest did not want to cancel. it was our mistake to cancel it on our own instead of calling turo. turo says they will remove this cancelation since it was a valid reason for the cancel but they are being very slow
