Numerous problems with the car and host not responsive - multiple times.
Windshield has crack at lower extremity , tire pressure low, diapers were in glove box, car difficult to find, mobile phone signal bad at MRY airport (this exacerbated my ability to find the car - which altogether could’ve been solved if the host had provided specific detailed instructions on the location of the car [or responded to my measages]), and left (passenger side) I’m rear turn signal does not work.
The car iself is nice - however the condition was inferior for the price point and the lack of communication by host unacceptable. Thank you

The car itself was good, but the management and communication were disappointing. When I arrived at the destination airport, there were no clear instructions on where to pick up the vehicle. I had messaged hours beforehand asking for details and received no response.
When I got to the car, there was grass all over the driver and passenger seats and floors, as if someone had just finished mowing the lawn and then hopped in before delivering it. There was also debris and what appeared to be melted chocolate in the center console where the keys were stored.
I raised these issues during the trip, but my concerns were largely ignored. Communication both before and after the booking seemed to focus more on less important messages rather than the key information renters actually need. Clear pickup instructions would have been far more helpful than itinerary messages, outdated YouTube links, and emojis.
Overall, the vehicle itself was fine, but the management and attention to detail around the rental experience felt poorly managed from start to finish.
