Jose was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jose was very kind and super easy to communicate with. He made it beyond easy to obtain and return our rental. He picked us up and handed over the keys right at the Airport arrivals. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. We have 3 young kids and the 3 car seats were safely secured within the vehicle before pickup. Truck was fully gassed and rode very smoothly. We are beyond pleased with Jose and his service and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a rental vehicle. We will definitely be using Jose and Turo again on our next trip!
