Chaim made the trip easy and enjoyable from the beginning. They dropped the car off even in the middle of a potential blizzard to ensure that my family and I had access to the vehicle when we needed it. They even communicated when they noticed I might have had an issue at different charging ports to ensure that my trip was simple and informative. The vehicle was amazing. I had to actually drive through snow and I can comfortably say no other vehicle I’ve ever driven made it through snow as seamless as this vehicle. 10/10 experience and would definitely rent from Chaim again.

Car is a great r1s with the comma ai lane centering level 2 driver assist. Easy and comfortable road tripper. Tires were low and windshield wipers needed replacing, but good experience overall
