The car wasn’t clean and the inside smelled like mildew and was not that clean. The hazard light came on several times and the car acted like it didn’t want to go and headlight was out on the driver side and I got pulled over.

Will never rent from this company again. Terrible experience with the car… I had this date saved for over a month and they threatened to cancel it and give me a refund because THEY did not fill up the fluids. Every single engine light came on. Tires were not pumped. No coolant in the car. The people are not nice. I had a lot of problems with this trip and had to pull over the car a lot to check on it. I would not recommend anyone using this company. Terrible…
Yes unfortunately after this customer picked up the car a low level warning light camp on for low fluid.
in which he sent a message asking if it was safe to continue! i said to just top off the radiator and he responded "Hmmm are customers expected to top off fluids" in which i responded "Ok return the car and i will refund your rental"
