Vehicle is fine, I've rented before and haven't had any issues. The AC went out so I really couldn't drive it and I returned and was offered a compact car by the host which couldn't fit my grandkids. I asked the host if he would offer anything for the time I lost and the inconvenience and he couldn't. I appreciate he tried to give me something else to drive, but not offering something due to my inconvenience was not right in my opinion. I must say again I've never had any issues before with him and I would rent again. I didn't know Turo would have towed the vehicle and replaces it if I had just contacted them instead of the host. So I learned something new.
