The owner, vehicle and process was very easy to work with. The price was reasonable for my dates chosen even at the last minute. Thank you Turo and owner for great customer service.

The vehicle is nice, just doesn't have a charger power outlet in the front. Turo booked me as a replacement and I needed to extra days. I checked the rates and it was affordable, turo had contacted the host letting them know inwas going to extend because it was a replacement. Right after I spoke to Turo and go to extend, the hosts texts me and says the car was available. I let them know I saw and was in the process of extending. When I started started the process, the hosts knew their vehicle was a replacement and I had to have it or I would be stuck and they changed the rates to almost triple the rates. Charging $175 per day. That's very bad business, I've never had a hosts change the rates and text me and tell me to go ahead and book. Obviously they didn't know I had already saw the rates. I explained to the hosts and they said turo did it and to contact turo. I contacted turo and they said they in fact did not do it and thr host would not honor the rate that it was originally shown had. So I recommend the vehicle, I do not recommend this host.

As stated before, we sent you a screenshot of the price of the rate of this vehicle. We have NO way to inflate prices on our end when a car is in a current rental status needing to be extended. The agreed rental price stays the same for the entire rental peiod which was the original agreed upon price. Turo inflates prices on their end over and beyond our rental fees based on the dynamic pricing that THEY have set up. We have also called to fight for the customer and Turo will not budge.
