The host was extremely attentive to his vechile when you message him he replies. This not the first I’ve rent from them. I will be again they made my trip a smooth one.

Returned the vehicle earlier but wouldn't let me finish the return process until I was away from the drop-off.

Poorly maintenance vehicle. Brakes squeezed, engine rumbles loudly, and the car was beeping the entire time saying the driver door is ajar no matter how many time I reopened and closed it. At night, the interior light stayed in the entire time becuse of of it sayin the driver door is ajar. Headlights are very dim while driving at night, even when you activate the high beams. Not safe to drive at night. Horrible fuel economy. It only gets 15mpg which should be changed on the app.

You reported concerns the following day, and we responded promptly with troubleshooting and offered a replacement if needed. The trip continued without any request for a swap. This vehicle has been used by other guests without similar concerns. It was also returned late and required additional cleaning due to a strong odor of tobacco not present before the trip.
