This was the worst experience I ever had with Turo. First the car was filthy. The car had an odor. It was so bad when
I got the car I had to immediately go to clean it out and get air fresheners. Then the car front end is rattling and the host tried to argue with me about the condition of the car and wanted to force me to keep the car. The host was very argumentative and refused to cancel the trip. However, I was able to call Turo support line and they took care of everything. Never book with this guy. I’m sure he has not repaired the car because it has never left the spot I returned it to.

All lies. We have had this car inspected multiple times and there has still been nothing wrong with it.
The suv was really clean and affordable. Also, the ride was really smooth and spacious.
