Great car. Communication was great and pick up and drop off a breeze.

Smooth pick up at terminal in IAH and they did refund the parking fee which was nice. Host was flexible in which IAH terminal I could drop the car off too. Car did not have windshield wiper fluid though.

I wish I had received better instructions from the host regarding pickup and drop-off. The car itself drove great, and the A/C worked perfectly. There was some minor cosmetic damage, but nothing concerning.
My only real complaint was the pickup process. As a renter, I don’t feel I should have had to pay to get the vehicle out of the parking garage. The total cost was about $48, and the host reimbursed me $25, which I appreciated. Aside from that inconvenience, the rental experience was good overall.
