Woke up on the morning of my birthday, and I had trouble with my personal vehicle. I needed a quick turo to go pick up some parts for the vehicle, get to my birthday appointment, and run other errands. It was smooth, seamless, and excellent! I almost missed the surprises that my wife had planned for me for my birthday, but because of this vehicle, I was able to have a wonderful experience! Thank you guys!

The check-in process was very smooth and easy, the car drove well, and the host was very responsive. Unfortunately, the vehicle experienced a blowout while I was driving, which caused some unexpected delays. While these things are unforeseen and beyond anyone’s control, the host was very responsive throughout the situation and made an effort to provide alternative options to keep me rolling. Although the alternatives didn’t work with my timing, I truly appreciated the effort and communication. Overall, I give the host 5 stars and would definitely rent from them again
