Auto was clean and everything went smoothly. Great communication with host. Will use this host again.

Not very clean. Smells like cigarettes, therefore I smelled like smoke when I arrived at my destination. Waited outside for ~20minutes before host gave access to the key and he refused to extend the time to be a fair 24 hour rental.
My team clarified that the car DID NOT smell like smoke. Likewise you had called and asked to have the time moved up by a whole hour and then after you arrived late, wanted it delayed by an hour for your convenience. I had canceled a reservation to accommodate you into getting it an hr earlier
