Pick up
Vehicle was not at the listed pick up location. I searched and searched, messaging and calling the host which took quite a while to respond and give me the new pick up spot (which was not too far) but at this point, l already lost 45 minutes of my precious time.
Inspection
The key was not where I was told it would be. Host had to ask someone else about the location of the key.
When we finally arrived at the correct pick up spot… I was shocked, the vehicle was very dirty on the outside. Also clearly it was in an accident recently with very visible damage that had been attempted to be covered with simple household spray paint that didn’t even match the car paint. A lot of dents and chips, rims missing caps, light covers cracked, etc. Definitely not something I want to be seen driving——, it was embarrassing, I but the WORSE was when I opened the door to inspect the interior 😳!!! It wreaked of cigarette smoke AND MARIJUANA. I am triggered by strong odors and it was so hard driving with the AC circulating the awful smelling air. My eyes burned, I got a headache and my clothes even smelled like an ashtray. It was so bad.
vehicle was inspected before pick up NO smoke smell and its been rented all the time no one complaint.Yes there was a confusion from the previous guest and was dropped off in the second location and we responded to your call right away, other location 3 minutes away. Keys were easily accessed on spot no delay. We actually gave you 3 stars because of your rudeness and attitude over the phone before even you rated. We take care of our guests and ratings speaks , but we wont accept bad attitudes.
