Car was clean when picked up and host was very nice and helpful book with them!

The car had an overwhelming smoke smell to it as soon as we opened it up. My daughter has asthma and had a hard time breathing in it. Even I had a hard time breathing in it. It was so bad I stopped at an auto parts store to buy an Ozium air treatment and set it off and put an Ozium gel air freshener in the car to try and help. I let them know that it smelled like smoke right away. They didn’t make any kind of offer to correct this issue. It was really disappointing.
