Had the wrong code to the lock box but they were prompt to arrive and get us access to the car and the correct code. The inside smelled real musty like a recent shampoo that didn’t dry out. After about 3 days driving with the windows down it mostly cleared out.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
