This was bar none, the worst rental car I’ve ever had. The exhaust leak at the engine which appears to be a problem now for this company since April after reading past reviews, and it was actually leaked exhaust into the vehicle. It was also super loud on the highway. I reached out to them ahead of time, which they didn’t reply or do anything and then asked about what they were going to do afterward with no follow up. I also reached out to Turo and Turo did nothing about this vehicle being unsafe for the road. The windshield also had a large crack in the passenger side that seemed be there for over six months based upon past reviews.
Avoid this rental company and honestly, was super disappointed with Turo’s response to this experience.

Car pick up was easy. The shuttle was very convenient. The car is beautiful. The engine sounds like it’s about to blow up. The houses are responsive and we were very thankful for that. Great trip overall.
