The hosts were very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. Pickup and drop off were easy, and they were very flexible and accommodating, especially with the return and charging. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding.
A couple of things to keep in mind for future renters: if you’re planning to drive longer distances, you may need to charge more frequently. I drove around 100 miles on some days and usually needed to charge about twice a day. There also seems to be an issue with the trim between the driver’s door and the rear falcon wing door, which occasionally made the driver’s door a little difficult to open.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again. Thank you so much!

2018 Tesla Model X review
The Good:
-Car was clean inside and outside
-No weird smells / strong car air freshener scent
-Communication with Host was excellent, nice people
-Easy pick up, easy drop off
-Great price!
The Bad:
-Front left headlight had some damage to it, which I assume is causing the sensors to freak out. When at a stop, or driving very slowly through a parking lot, lots of beeps and chimes and STOP notifications from the car. Once you're moving, it goes away.
-Driver side rear falcon door edge guard kept coming off and binding with the driver door. So that means you need to push the door handle, then pull the door open. Once I had to open the rear door first, then open the front door.
The REALLY Bad:
-Range as approximately 105 miles @ 87% charge. I drove the car about 63 miles and the charge went from 87% to 22%. Normal driving, no hard acceleration, AC on high. Multiple times during my trip, I would charge to 87% (what was set by the owner), and the car would get anywhere from 100-110 miles. This car and this year is rated at 238 miles NEW. So factor in the fact that it's 8 years old, maybe 15%...even 20% battery degradation, you should get 189 miles....I never even got close to that. I knew I would not get 238 miles. I had no idea that I wouldn't even get half of that.
