The experience in customer service was amazing. The only reason why I didn’t put 5 stars is because unfortunately the car had a distinct smell. The owner did offer to exchange vehicles which was very nice of him.
Thank you for your feedback. The Mazda was inspected after return and no odor was present. The vehicle matched the photos and was delivered in optimal condition. As mentioned in our chat, the early return was due to a better discount available through your husband’s job.

Car and pickup was great and simple. Front suspension sounded kind of rough, however, and probably needs some replacing. The car was clean and spacious! Perfect for our use.
