Had no issues with drop off/pick up. However, the car itself had several issues, mainly excessive shaking. Would not recommend for a long distance drive, as it required a lot of effort to hold the steering wheel straight. Ok for driving around town.

You might have hit tire hard at a curb or something, no big deal. Tire thread was pealing off when you returned car. Tire has been replaced after your trip and 3 trips already and is running smoothly. Thank you for your concerns and opinions.

The car was obviously wrecked. The front end shakes very bad while driving. The interior was falling apart and had cigarette burns in the rear seats. They to wash the car and fill it up before returning it bad we received it dirty. Stains and dirt and stuck food all over the interior. There was a massive crack along the windshield that went from one end to the other. There were lots of paints chips and paint fading on the car. The alignment was bad and kept pulling you to the right while the car was constantly shaking due to the front end issues. This car should have never been rented out.
