The car had a few issues however Anatoliy was on top of everything and was able to switch cars for the remainder of my trip

Anatoliy was awesome! I knew when I hopped in his suv he took great care of his vehicle. It was clean and looked great! He was very attentive and quick to respond to all my questions. I would definitely recommend his vehicles to others.

The pickup was easy Good host but at pickup car smelled of Marijuana and was not on a full tank

I do not like giving bad reviews, HOWEVER…this vehicle was horrible. First off, the location to pick it up at is what seems to be a tiny car lot, and there were so many vehicles there that it was hard to get in and out of. So bad that when I picked up the vehicle the bumper was actually touching the vehicle behind it and I could barely get beside it to take the necessary photos. THEN when I opened the door, I was blasted with a very strong marijuana smell which did not go away the whole 5 days I had it. Next, when I pulled out of the parking lot after first picking up the vehicle and got onto the road, the check engine light came on. I notified customer service of the issue, they gave me a couple choices but I ultimately decided to just keep the vehicle because I was on a time crunch and didn’t really have much of an option at that point. While driving the vehicle, every little bump I went over it sounded like the front bumper was about to fall off…even going over small cracks in the road. The vehicle all around just didn’t drive well. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because the hosts were very kind and communicative. I definitely wouldn’t rent this vehicle again though. Thankfully my own personal vehicle was repaired sooner than expected and I could return the rental sooner.
