Excellent car, confortable, easy location and ready to drive...

Terrible service. Unresponsive host. Unprofessional. He told me car would be late, last minute. (I had already paid for Uber and was pick up when I seen the message). It’s like these other reviews are scam reviews because it can’t be the same host lol. Had to wait for hours for car to arrive, stranded with bags, wanting to shower but had to choose between sitting in a restaurant with filthy work clothes on or sit on the side of the street. Did not respond to any of my phone calls and left me hanging on txt. I asked him to work out a deal (discount) since the car arrived late and I returned the car more than 6 hours earlier than I was supposed to, he said next time I am in Cali, no problem and then went MIA again, now that I am in Cali days later. I wouldn’t waste my time or money booking with him, there’s a lot of options out there! You can’t just pocket the money and not act as a business owner, doing what you’re supposed to for and to clients. It’s not about receiving the cash… Anyway, I’m all set thanks. I rented a car because I genuinely needed the transportation and wanted the luxury of having a car but I’m all set!
