The car smelled heavily of smoke and marijuana. I transported baby items in this and was worried the smell would linger, had to intentionally air it out. No remedy offered when I brought this to host’s attention. Host was also pushy to rate the trip when I was busy traveling home.
I don’t think you are stating the facts correctly. I did message you saying I did the ozone treatment for removing the odor and if you had any concerns you should have canceled the trip immediately and asked for full refund.

This one was rough. They told me I couldn't do check in until I left initial location, making me feel like I wasnt able to attach pictures.

The car was not full on gas, just enough ti have tge needle say full but 3 gallons were already gone...
It’s not a fair rating. We send instructions immediately after booking, and we expect guests to read them. If the instructions are inconvenient in any way, you could have canceled the trip. Also, the weed smell is unacceptable because we know it wasn’t delivered to you in that condition. The car was delivered to you full tank, and the picture is attached to the trip photos.

I extended my trip to put gas into the vehicle since the gasoline pumps at the nearby stations were out. I requested 1:30pm but ended up returning it at 12:40pm. The app said I could avoid late charges if I managed to return it within the window of a half hour. But I still got charged a whole additional day. Honestly would rather take the hit of a late charge then the charge for another day.
I don’t understand how host be responsible for the extension payment charges. You asked for extension and I confirmed it in app.
