Pick up was easy. Upon getting car they recommended to do check in outside of garage for safety. When I checked car in it did not look like it had been cleaned. Not trashed. Just like someone who owns it and didn’t give it a once over from use . There was mud splats and spots on speakers and little bits throughout car on dash etc and it did not look like it had been vacuumed freshly cause there was a piece of paper garbage in back seat passenger floor . It was a little disappointing when I reached out to host and they told me to not over dramatize the situation and that it was an older car. I have rented a lot from Turo and even if the car has been older I never received it without a through clean job. For the price they ask I expected it to come in a good way.
