Typically the people gave you the code ahead of time so I had to wait until I took a picture so that was something different
We have had instances of people using someone else’s ID to booked our vehicles and when Accident happens , we get into trouble because we didn’t verify if it was the right person picking up the car according to Turo Rules.. So selfie picture is the only way to do that when we are not there to hand you the keys , especially when People have delayed Flight by Hours. Thank you
