The host was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the rental experience. The car arrived dirty and barely charged, even though I was specifically told it would be delivered with a full battery. I then had to spend additional time and money charging it myself. I had no mechanical issues with the car, but the battery drains very quickly, so I would only recommend it if you’ll remain in the city with constant access to chargers. Between the vehicle’s condition, the unexpected charging expenses, and the host’s poor communication and attitude, this was a very disappointing experience.

The jeep was really nice. Clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive to communication and helped resolve a concern I had with the tire pressure in alarm (recent cold snap). When I was done with the vehicle my plans had changed so the host even accommodated a pickup at a different location which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend the wagoneer and Doug the host for future rentals.
