The car itself was great, and I enjoyed driving it. However, I was disappointed with the overall pickup experience. Just 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I was asked if I could arrive 45 minutes later because the vehicle wasn’t ready. I was flexible and accommodated the request, but when I arrived, the vehicle hadn’t even been filled with gas. I’m not sure why the car wasn’t properly prepared ahead of time, especially since my rental was only for one day. While I enjoyed the vehicle, the lack of preparation and last-minute changes were inconvenient.

Not sure why the host asked for my flight information but parked the car at another terminal. Messaged the host ahead of time to prevent any problems since we will be arriving late. The host didn’t not confirmed my license so I couldn’t see his pickup instructions. Took me over one hour to locate car with just a photo of the parking spot from the host. Car was clean and all problems were resolved. Overall experience and communication was good.

The car condition was great and experience overall was not bad. Communication surrounding pickup was a bit confusing/lackluster but Issue was resolved. Unsure why turo asks for flight information and arrival time but car was at other terminal. $5 Parking reimbursement did not cover out of pocket expense for parking.
