Vehicle drove great and had no *mechanical* issues. Overall liked the vehicle. We came to Minnesota for my partners grammas 99th birthday.
I subtracted a star because there was a smell issue inside the vehicle that I brought to Wills attention for the next drivers. He was very defensive, acted like we were accusing him of something, and tried to make up multiple excuses about what it was.
We aired out the vehicle and tried to clean up the inside of the vehicle the best we could to get rid of the smell, and didn’t let it derail the rest of our trip.
i’m so sorry if you feel that way and I just wanting you to understand that it was a pretty new car and it wasn’t smoke u was smelling but probably the spray i been using just for your reassurance not for you to feel i was getting defensive. No worries I always except constructive critsm and took what you told me into the upmost consideration and brought new spray for the vehicles thank you have a safe trip back
