Was not able to pick up at airport as arranged. Got Ubered to a random location for pickup and the Uber driver was horrible. The car was not cleaned properly. It smelled bad and had vomit stains in the back seat. Car was less than half charged.
Thank you for booking with us again Karla. I am sorry your experience wasn’t smoother and the previous rental bled into yours which caused the drop off issue. You were uber’d to my home which is why I came out and handed you the key. I got out there quickly to hand the keys to you due to having the baby but still having a baby with you in any inconvenience is difficult. The peanut butter candy wrapper was missed during clean up and due to the heat it smeared in the cup holder. It was never vomit

Was used right before me so it wasn’t charged and trash had to be cleaned out other then that experience was great he taught me everything I needed to know about the car

I rented this vehicle for my daughters prom she really loved the car it was clean and the host was really nice I would definitely rent again.
