When we got the car the seats were all wet. We returned the car fine. They charged us a cleaning fee and sent pictures of a huge mess. Complete fraud. Do not rent from these people. Scary they can get away with this. If you call the phone number it’s disconnected. Turo has done nothing.
Lost parking ticket. Made a mess. Refused to communicate about delayed drop off. Rent from a rental company next time if the rules imposed are not for your convenience
