Host is excellent communicator. The Tahoe is really nice. Be aware that you must make pre-arrangements if you arrive with a vehicle that you plan to leave during your rental.

The truck was fine, just outdated. No navigation system, had hard time connecting and staying connected to bluetooth, audio from speakers was hard to adjust, and front passenger door is coming off.
Besides that, the vehicle got us to our destination and back without and major issues. The hosts were transparent and completely on top of any questions or concerns we had.
