The car was awesome. Great host. I needed multiple extensions and left the car a mess and the host was so gracious.

Vehicle was fine but communication and professionalism from host was not good will not be using this host again.. was In area for medical emergency with family and needed to cut trip short as patient was transferred out of area. Host responded to message vehicle was dropped of over a day early but host would not acknowledge trip change through Turo because it would have refunded some money so when I got to new destination couldn’t use the service because this host refused to close trip even after reading and responding to messages.. very disappointing and unprofessional
