The car quality and experience were very good once I could get the key. Unfortunately we had a problem where the PIN provided wasn’t correct and I couldn’t get ahold of the host to assist on Turo message, text or call. It was at night in a very dark area. Eventually I called Turo customer support and luckily they were able to help us figure it out.
