Overall great experience. Initially, we had rented a BMW from the owner but the evening before our pick up date the owner informed us that the car was not running properly, but offered us an alternative. Instead, they gave us a brand new RAV4. Although we were disappointed because we were expecting the BMW that we requested the Pick up and drop off was seamless. The car was in brand new excellent condition and drove well. Overall, despite the issue at the beginning, the whole experience was great and we would definitely rent again from this owner. The owner’s communication was direct with quick replies and the pick up and drop off instructions were clear and easy.
