Great car, frustrating the trunk does not open with a push button.

Thank you for the kind words and for taking a moment to share this. We are glad the car worked well for you overall. We did let you know ahead of the trip that the exterior trunk button is not working, and we turned on mobile access so opening the trunk would still be SO simple. From the Tesla app you can tap the trunk icon anytime, and from inside the car you can open it on the touchscreen with one tap. We are sorry that part was still frustrating.
Overall enjoyed the car. Dealing with the owner wasn’t so smooth. Airport instructions were old and did not match current airport layout. Pieces in car were not explained before rental. Car was good but as non Tesla owner I needed more instruction. Also return instructions were not clear.

Thanks for enjoying the car. Pickup was SJC Terminal B Hourly Lot 5, still listed by Turo and the airport. Sent photos. When you first said the layout was old, you were in the terminal, not Lot 5. You found it after entering the lot. We sent key and charging notes before pickup. You said charging gear was not in the car. After trunk photos you found the mobile connector by the hidden trunk and said “my bad.” Return rule was day one: 22% min or Turo extra.
Host is very helpful and accommodating. Car is in superb condition. Thank you!
