The car was advertised with an SFO Airport pickup when it was not in fact left at the airport, which was frustrating to say the least. I paid extra to pickup at the airport and had to take an uber 10 mins away to get the car. The car was parked in a business area which was sketchy when returning the car at 4am. The car made a clicking noise when it was in park and running. Additionally there was a light on in the car that had something to do with the backup sensors. The owner is a company and not an individual person, so that was a surprise since it is listed as if a single individual owns the car but then once you book it says "Bay Area Monthly Car Rental" or something like that. Overall the car was in solid condition and was clean. I had an issue with the app and it stopped working and someone from the company that owns the car picked up the phone at 4am to help me return the key to the lockbox which was really nice. Additionally the owner was very responsive in the app. My main issue was that the car was listed as SFO airport pickup and was not at the airport, that felt deceptive to me.

The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off instructions were explained well. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process seamless. Would definitely rent again!

Adrian and hosts were fantastic for my first turo rental. Quick and clear communication from Adrian before and throughout the trip was very helpful.
