Pickup and communication were easy and smooth. The car trunk was not able to lock even when the other doors locked. Otherwise it was a fine car for what we needed.

Hi Katelyn, we apologize on this experience. The car trunk will feel like it's unlocked when the vehicle key is in your pocket since it will automatically unlock.
This is a feature of most cars these days to make it easier for you to open the trunk in case your hands are occupied with groceries or other things.
