Definitely my worst Turo experience so far:
- I asked for booster seats and was given 5 point harness seats. I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to convert them before realizing one didn’t convert into a booster so we ended up not having the right type of seats for my kids.
- When I exited the parking garage from the airport on the first day I was charged $74 which means the car had been parked there for two days prior. I was told it would be a max of $37 each way.
- The communication was bizarre. It’s clear there are automated and AI generated messages and I was frequently getting messages that conflicted with previously agreed to plans. It was hard to discern if the host was truly following what we had previously agreed to or if I was talking to a robot.
