Easy pick up but was notified after I booked SFO pick up that the actual pickup is offsite at the Millbrae BART parking garage.
Thank you for the feedback, Kristin! Glad the pickup itself was smooth. To clarify for future guests: we offer both pickup options — directly at SFO airport, or at the Millbrae BART garage (just one BART stop, 5 minutes from SFO), where parking is covered by us. Many guests choose Millbrae to avoid SFO's parking fees, but SFO pickup is always available on request. We'll make these options clearer upfront. We've also scheduled a suspension inspection based on your note. Thanks again!
