Although the pickup location was not convenient, I understood SF Int'l Airport did not allow for an on-site pickup. All in all, it was a short bus ride to the pickup spot and Jerry made very clear and easy to follow guides. I am giving Jerry a 5 Star review because he was responsive and fair with the overall rental experience, which was not as expected towards the final day, however, he was accommodating and I was happy with the outcome and resolution. The car ran well although could have done with a slight bit of freshening up. I would rent from Jerry again as I do plan to be in San Fran once more.

Pickup was convenient, but wish I was given a picture of where the car was parked, so I had to find it in a big parking lot. Wish messages would be responded to a little bit faster when running into issues. Car ran fine and host was friendly. I would rent again, but it would be nice if those two points are addressed :)

car is as described. host is reaponsive. BEWARE if you expect to pick up at the airport when you select SFO - it is not onsite and you need to take train bus or uber to get the car or pay added fees not mentioned before booking. otherwise ok.
