The host and co-host were both very responsive and communicated with us in a timely manner. They were also very kind and pleasant to deal with. The car drove smoothly throughout our trip and we did not experience any mechanical issues.
However, we were disappointed with the condition of the vehicle when we received it. We expected the car to be clean, but it was noticeably not cleaned beforehand. There was food, trash, sunglasses, and other items left inside, which made it seem as though the interior had not been checked or properly prepared between renters.
We were also surprised by the amount of existing exterior damage on the vehicle. The photos shown on Turo did not accurately reflect how much damage was actually present, and there was considerably more than we expected based on the listing.
Overall, the hosts were friendly and responsive and the car drove well, but the cleanliness and the condition of the vehicle did not match our expectations from the listing.

Overall had a great time with the Mazda. Got us to where we needed to go comfortably with all the bells and whistles we needed. The only ding I’ll give the vehicle was the cleanliness. The seats and dash weren’t the cleanest but overall still a great ride.
